Stackable Hexagon Boxes (3 Sizes)

These boxes are fun to make and fun to use! The set comes with 3 heights - 1", 3", and 5" tall. All of the boxes are exactly the same width and depth -- 6" x 5.2". They're great for anything from jewelry to coins to pencils - your imagination is the limit! Learn more under the Project Details tab.

MEASUREMENTS (height of side panels - lid + base not included in height):

• 6" x 5.2" x 1"
• 6" x 5.2" x 2.25"
• 6" x 5.2" x 5"

MATERIALS I USED:

• 1/8" MDF 
• Slot sizes are 0.125"
• LocTiteGO2 glue
  
  
• NOTE! Measure your material with your calipers. If it's 0.125" or thinner, you won't likely need to edit any of the slots. BUT ALWAYS cut a sample slot first and test it before cutting the entire project.

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• The 1" tall box takes 1 sheet of 11" x 19" material
• The 2.25" tall box takes 1 sheet of 11" x 19" material
• The 5" tall box takes just over 1.5 sheets of 11' x 19" material
