Letter Block Train

This Letter Block Train is just flat out adorable! It comes with 4 optional animals who each ride atop a train car. You can paint each car whatever color you like and make the train as large as you want!

The entire project is easily resizable and you can use any material you like without any adjustment required. Each car will easily hang on the wall with a Command Strip or something similar.

 MEASUREMENTS:

• This design can be resized to any size you wish!
  BUT, as mentioned in the video above, be careful making it a lot smaller since some of the animal parts may become too small to handle easily (like the eyes)
  
  Initial Sizes:
• Train car without animal: 5.3" x 4.3"
• Engine: 8.7" x 6.6"
• Train cars with Animals: All are 5.3" wide and vary in height from 7" - 8.3"

MATERIAL I USED:

• 1/8" MDF
• Any material and any thickness can be used. No adjustment needed.
• LocTite GO2 glue (blue cap)
• Rustoleum Spray Paint Filler Primer and Rustoleum and Krylon Spray Paints 

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• If you nest all of the pieces well, you can get 2.5 - 3 train cars per 11" x 19" sheet of material, depending on whether you use the animal options, what animals, etc. 
• The train as pictured above took 3 sheets of 11" x 19" MDF

 NOTES:

• All 26 letters of the English alphabet are included.
• You can choose to use no animals in the cars, just one animal, etc - whatever you like!
• The amount of material needed to make a name train will vary with the length of the name you're making and what animal options you choose - and, of course, whether you resize anything.
• The cars and engine can be hung on any wall easily with Command Strips
