Circle Background 4

Use this large background to take your round signs to another level visually! The design is 2 layers with the back coming with 2 options - 2 half circles that puzzle together allowing you to make it at 17.85" across using a smaller bed size of 12" x 20". It also includes a full circle for those who have a larger laser. 

You also have 3 options for the back in terms of hanging: a flat back, a back with two loops for a rope, or an option for hanging by the head of a screw.

We used 1/4" MDF for both layers, but you can use any material, and you can also resize it, of course.

NOTES:

• When assembling, be sure to glue the top pieces at different angles from the two back halves or across the split to give it the most strength possible.
• The file includes two hanging options, a single 0.55" hole and two loops to run a hanging rope through.

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• 4 sheets of 11" x 19" material if used as a split back design
