Acrylic Award with Curved Sides (3 sizes)

Need to make a modern and clean award for an event or achievement? This listing includes 3 sizes (4”x6”, 6”x9”, & 10”x15”-- measurements of the clear acrylic piece in the center). The file is intentionally blank so that you can add your own text, images, cut-outs, etc. So customize away!

Project Details

Here are the important details:
• The slots are 0.2343” wide for "Thick" Glowforge Proofgrade Clear Acrylic
• For the side pieces I used "Thick" Glowforge Proofgrade Cherry Plywood, but you can use any material you like. If you use thinner materials, the acrylic tabs will stick out.

** If you want to use a different thickness of acrylic, you'll need to adjust the 4 slots in the vertical side pieces. I recommend simply drawing new rectangles at the size you need that are the same length as the existing ones and place them where the old ones are and then delete the old ones.

Depending on your materials, this design may fit snugly and not require any glue - but please read IMPORTANT section below.

IMPORTANT:
ALL MATERIALS VARY IN THICKNESS FROM BATCH TO BATCH, so you will need to measure your materials and adjust the slots if necessary. ALWAYS measure your materials before cutting to be sure the fit will be what you expect.
