Square Trays + 3 Tiered Rack

This set of trays and display rack is perfect for showing off small products from buttons to keychains or any loose items on your table at a show or in a retail setting. It's even great for personal use! 

The set comes with 5" square and 6" square trays and matching storage rack - and you can choose to make the decorative version as pictured or flat version with no cutouts.

Project Details

OVERVIEW:

• WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE FOR A WALKTHROUGH OF THE FILE!
  
  
• The trays are designed to be cut from 1/8" material and the rack from 1/4" material.
• Each file includes a decorative version with the cutouts and a flat version without them. You can either ignore the one you don't want or delete it (I recommend keeping both in case you want to use the other later)

MEASUREMENTS:

6 INCH TRAYS + RACK:

• Trays are ~6.5" square with the decorative sides and 6" square without them and 1.5" tall
• The rack is ~6.98" wide and 10.47" deep and 10.35" tall. 

5 INCH TRAYS + RACK:

• Trays are ~5.73" square with the decorative sides and ~5.23" square without them.
• The rack is ~6.33" wide and 9.92" deep and 10.35" tall.

MATERIAL I USED:

• 1/4" MDF for the rack and 1/8" MDF for the trays
•  Slot sizes in the rack are 0.24"
• ALWAYS measure your material with your calipers or the included slot sizer BEFORE cutting and edit the slot sizes if needed.
• We use Rustoleum Primer and Montana 94 Spray Paints
• Gorilla Glue Super Glue Gel

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• The rack takes ~1.5 sheets of 11" x 19" material
• The trays each take ~3/4 sheet without the decorative sides and ~1 sheet with them. 
• So the whole project of 3 trays and rack take ~4.5 sheets
