Phoenix Set

This Phoenix design comes with several ways you can make it and they're all beautiful! You can cut it as a 2 layer art piece, using 2 different types of wood. Or you can engrave it a few different ways for different looks as well. There's also an outlined version included to give you even more options. And you can make it with or without the text I made - you could even add your own on top if you wanted to.

Project Details

NOTES: 

• Be sure to read the FILE LEGEND JPG first! That'll help you more quickly see what files are in what folders. I'll be following up with some videos soon as well.
• If you decide to use 2 different colored woods like I did, I suggest that you make complete versions with the opposite colors (since you're going to have most of the pieces anyway)
• There are versions of each with and without the text "Stronger Beautiful Powerful." 
• You can make versions without my text and add your own text on top if you want.

FILE FORMATS:

MEASUREMENTS:

• The original size of the rectangle designs are about 11" x 5.5", but you can resize them if you want. NOTE: If you want to make them a little smaller, that will probably be ok, but be careful because some of those pieces will quickly become hard to keep track of. But larger is definitely ok.
• The outline version is originally ~18" x 8.5".

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• You can make each version with a single sheet of 11" x 19" material if you want, but I made most of them 18"-19" tall, so they took 2 sheets of material. 

MATERIAL I USED:

• 1/8" Prefinished TruFlat Walnut and Maple and Oak
• 1/4" Maple and 1/4" Baltic Birch with Rustoleum Clear Coat
• 1/8" MDF, Rustoleum Filler Primer, and Montana 94 Spray Paints
