NOTES:

  • Made for baseballs that are 2.9" in diameter
  • You can use any acrylic that is around 0.125". It's a tight fit and you may or may not need glue.
  • BUT NOTE-- You will ALWAYS need to measure your material with your calipers first and then adjust the small slots in the ball holders at the top and bottom (see file). The box itself should not need adjustments.

FILE FORMATS:

  • Ai
  • SVG
  • PDF
  • DXF

MATERIALS I USED:

  • 1/8" clear acrylic from https://www.ceruleantides.com/
  • I use LocTiteGO2 glue - **but** I try to keep the fit on projects like this as tight as I can so I don't have to use much or any glue because it's hard to hide on clear acrylic. If I need to use some, I put small dots of glue in each slot to give it some strength in addition to the natural friction.

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

  • Approximately 1/2 a sheet of 0.125" clear acrylic
