[FREE FOR VIPS] Every Story Matters + Every Client Matters Signs

I originally designed this sign to teach myself how to do a few different thing like engraving and using multiple materials, but it came out so well that I've since made many more for various people!

With this design, you can include things like logos engraved in the corner of the backing piece like I did with New Heart Church. You can also add your own words like, "Every Client Matters" like I did for my friends at Titan Alarms.

** Any thickness or type of material can be used without any modifications needed to anything other than the small stands. If you use different materials, you'll need to adjust the size of the slots in the stands.

** The design is also resizable - just remember to make your circles the right size for your chosen stand offs and adjust the slots in the stands.

Project Details

The text isn't editable, but you could always make your own version if you like.

The text has 2 layers - the back layer is all connected as one piece and is glued to the back of the clear acrylic with glue only being on the word, "Client" or "Story." Then the mirrored acrylic "Client" or "Story" is glued on top of the clear acrylic, covering up the visible glue.

The back pieces for each version I made are cut from Glowforge Thick Walnut Plywood or Glowforge Thick Black Acrylic.

- Glowforge Thick Walnut Plywood (~.2")
- Glowforge Thick Black Acrylic (~.22")
- Glowforge Medium Yellow or Red Acrylic(~.125")
- 1/8" Silver Mirrored Acrylic from Inventables (~.125")

• The rectangle with the green circles is the back piece.
• Measure the diameter of the standoffs you’re using and edit the green circles to match.
• Engave the green circles and glue your standoffs into the engraved circles.
• The rectangle with the orange circles is the top clear acrylic piece.
• Measure the diameter of the posts of your standoffs and edit the orange circles to match.
• Cut the orange circles and put the posts of the standoffs through those holes.
• Cut the “Every ____ Matters” layer out of one material or color and the single word out of another and glue the single word on top of the phrase.
• Then glue those two layers on top of the clear to complete the project.
