This stand is perfect for holding a cookbook while in the kitchen or a textbook or iPad while studying. Or, if you're like me, it's good for holding my book while I eat my cereal in the morning.
Project Details
SIZE:
- ~9.5" tall and 12" wide
- Room for up to ~1.25" thick book
MATERIALS:
I made two versions:
- .22" thick Maple Plywood from OcoochHardwood.com
- .118" thick Medium Walnut Plywood from Glowforge
**ALWAYS measure your materials with calipers first.
**A TEST SLOT IS INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN FOR YOU TO CUT FIRST.
The front piece is intentionally glued and not tab-and-slot so that the front view is clean and available to engrave words or decor on.
DESIGN DETAILS:
- Blue=Score
- Green and Black=Cut
FILE FORMATS:
SVG, PDF, EPS, and DXF.
I use LocTite GO2 for all of my projects.
