2022 + 2023 Banks

Write a review

$7.00

These banks are so fun to use and easy to make! Give them to a graduate as a gift or use them to save money for a future grad (and I even included an optional back piece without the "Class of" and grad cap in case you want to use it for someone other than a grad)!

Depending on what materials you choose, you could easily make one of these banks for less than $10.

 OVERVIEW

You can make these banks as thick as you like. I suggest a minimum of 4 layers (spacers). That will allow you to easily store folding money as well as coins and get them out easily (through the slot in the top). I used 5 layers myself.

Even when using 5 layers, you can still make the entire bank with less than 2 sheets of 11" x 19" material.

The position of the slot in the base makes the bank centered front to back with the overall thickness that I used. I suggest cutting all layers EXCEPT the base first. Then measure the stack of pieces and use that measurement to place the slot where the back piece would be.

ALWAYS measure your material with your calipers or my free slot sizer (included in your download) and adjust the base slot before cutting.
