MATERIALS I USED:

  • 1/8" MDF + 1/8" Clear Acrylic

  • Be SURE to use the Tab Test included in the file and mentioned in the video to be sure the tabs are able to snap out easily before cutting and adjust if needed - OR - substitute the "no tabs" version for the tabbed ones (again, see video).

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

  • You can make up to 12 Pocket Hugs from one 11" x 19" sheet of material!

     

NOTES:

  • If you choose to use clear acrylic, I highly suggest reversing the image so it's engraved on the "back" so that it's smooth on the front where it's viewed. 
  • When I made the acrylic version you see pictured, I had to reduce the spacing on the tabs to allow it to snap out easily.  As noted above, use the tab test to determine what spacing you will need prior to cutting.
