NOTES:
The file includes options for a 2-layer design (as pictured) or a 1-layer design where you score the inside lines. It also includes an option without the Post-It Note square. If you choose the one without the square, you'll need to also cut the bottom layer shown to glue the top pieces to (see the file for reference).

MATERIALS I USED:
- 1/4" or 1/8" MDF
- I prefer 1/4" so that the space to hold the Post-Its is slightly deeper, but 1/4" or 1/8" will work fine.
AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:
- 1/2 of an 11" x 19" sheet of material
