Paint Booth

We created this Paint Booth so we would have a place to paint indoors safely - and we want to make it available to you! It's designed for you to connect 1-2 6" exhaust fans that vent outdoors. It also has a place for 2 10"x1" filters. Links to both items are in the Project Details.

** You must have a laser bed of 24" x 36" or larger to cut this project and it requires 1/4" material.

** Your safety is your responsibility and you should always monitor fumes and practice safe breathing protection at all times.

NOTES:

• Exhaust Fans we use: AC Infinity Cloudline Pro S6: https://amzn.to/3ZXuDcQ
• We use 2 fans that vent outside to maximize the removal of fumes. Depending on your situation, 1 fan may be used if you determine that it produces the desired results.
  
• We have a large piece of cardboard covering the surface of the table the booth is sitting on that we can easily change out. You can also use a roll of butcher or craft paper if you want something that can be changed regularly.

MEASUREMENTS:

• 31.38" deep x 30.5" wide x 21.28" tall (not including the filter boxes + vent hose rings)

MATERIAL I USED:

• 1/4" MDF
• You can use other materials if you prefer.
• We DO NOT recommend thinner materials since the strength of 1/4" is needed for stability.

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• (5) sheets of 24" x 36" material
