This Book Nook features one of our cutest animal designs, the dino! It can be used as a bookend or as a stand-alone design, and it would be fun to paint with the kiddos as well! Learn more under Project Details.

MEASUREMENTS & MATERIALS:

• 9.46" x 4.53" x (depth varies based on the materials you choose, how many spacers you use, etc)
  
  
• I used 3 sheets of 1/8" MDF.
  That's all that's needed for the basic design. 
• You can use one sheet of 1/4" MDF for spacers if you'd like to use them. See the videos above for more info on that.
  
  
• There's an optional base included to help it stand up easily on it's own. Most of the versions I have made are quite thick due to all of the spacers and are very sturdy, but if you go with 1/8" material and only the initial 12 layers, the base will make it stand very nicely.

• I use LocTiteGO2 glue (blue cap) for all of my projects
