Bible Verse Sign Set (15)

These small Bible Verse Signs are perfect to sit on a side table or a desk by a computer to help us always remember the promises of God! The set comes with 15 different beloved verses from the New Living Translation. They can all be easily resized, but initially average 3-4" wide and 6-8" tall. You can make them with clear acrylic or wood - whatever look you prefer!

Project Details

OVERVIEW:

• All of the verse files come with one version facing forward and one reversed to make it easy for you to engrave it front-facing on wood or backwards on clear or translucent acrylic. 
• All slot sizes are 0.215"
• ALWAYS measure your material before cutting and adjust if needed.
• All of my download files include my free slot sizer to make slot editing simple!

• PRO TIP: It would look great AND be even easier to glue the vertical part of the sign into the base if you simply cut two copies of base, with the top copy being an opaque material like wood. Then the bottom one can be clear acrylic and that would give it a lot of class AND would give you a way to hide the glue.

NOTE: All are from the NLT. If you're wanting a specific translation or version, please read the verses shown in the pictures to be sure they are what you're wanting -OR- you can delete the text and add your own.

MEASUREMENTS:

• All signs vary from one to another, but average 3-4" wide and 6-8" tall.
• They can be easily resized. Just remember to adjust the slot size to fit your material.

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• All of the sign designs can be made with less than 1/4 of a sheet of material - so they are EXTREMELY inexpensive to make, no matter the material you choose.

MATERIAL I USED:

• I made a set with 1/4" Green Glass Acrylic and several with 1/4" Clear Acrylic. I also made a few with 1/4" MDF by painting the MDF, then masking and engraving them.
• You can use any material you like. Just remember to... well, you should know my now. :)

FONTS I USED:

• Phosphate Solid and Avenir Bold

NOTES:

• All files have TWO versions of the vertical piece with the verse text. One is backwards to use if you're engraving clear acrylic. You DO NOT NEED TO CUT BOTH VERSIONS. Just the one you want to use.
