Scale this file to whatever size you like! Then cut the back circle layer and score the red shapes. Those shapes are 0.01" smaller than the other section shapes you'll cut, so the score lines will help you glue them in exactly the right place while covering up the score lines.

Then I'd use the section shapes you cut as a template to lay over your photos and cut them with an Exacto Knife.

NOTES:

  • Want to hang it? Add a circle to the back for the head of a screw. Want to stand it on a table? Use my free plate stand here:
    https://bigbluelaserdesigns.com/products/plate-style-stand
  • IMPORTANT: You'll likely need to edit the plate stand depending on what size you make the circle. It may not work for all sizes.

FILE FORMATS:

  • Ai
  • SVG
  • PDF
  • DXF
  • EPS

MEASUREMENTS:

  • The original circle is 9.54" and you can select all of the shapes and make it any size your laser will allow.

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

  • IMPORTANT: The original file will fit on an 11" x 19" sheet of material, but you can make it as large as you like. At it's original size, several of the shapes will be quite small, so making it larger is definitely suggested.

MATERIAL I USED:

  • I always use MDF, but you can use any material and any thickness you prefer.
